Although it could be a very dark blue, if it is paired with mustard/ochre (it is quite a classic combo in decorating mags)

Personally I think it isn't going to be fashionable for long to have these very dark walls.

Ive looked again and it’s definitely definitely Paean Black. It’s one of my favourites. I have it in my kitchen.
