Anyone moved last week in October and not received

Any documents from the sellers solicitor regarding the house ( eg statuary declaration etc )
Also am still awaiting the deeds....
Solicitor says the sellers solicitor is still "retrieving the files " Land Registry say they have the necessary paperwork, just hasn't been done yet

We received ours on Saturday. We completed in July! I just think there are delays everywhere with anything house related.

We received our deeds yesterday and we completed last March!

Wow! The person who bought mine has already got their name on LR so they were lucky then!

Can i ask how long it took for you to get the other paperwork ( not the deeds ) from your solicitor ( via your sellers solicitor).Still no sign here

Land Registry notably slow and worse in times of covid unfortunately

Land Registry are astonishingly unpredictable at the moment, and that was the case even before Covid. There doesn't seem to be any logic to it.

We have applications sorted within days another other applications still rumbling along 10 months later.

We completed the first week of November and our stuff turned up at the weekend so they are getting through it just seems to be a bit random on when though!
