Bedroom furniture

Anyone enjoy planning decor? I'm awful at it and can't afford an interior designer
We are about to complete on our new home and as our honeymoon was cancelled we are spending the money on upgrading our bedroom furniture.
I have the bed and drawers on order but no idea where to start with bedding cours/types and can't find any bedside tables I like.
The carpet is a light cream colour and has built on white wardrobes with mirrored doors.
Any suggestions or colour themes to look at?

Well what kind of colours do you like? Green, blue, grey, yellow... lots of options but you need a bit of direction in which to start looking.

Buy a couple of interior magazines in the supermarket, there will be some inspiration and you can copy or adapt a colour scheme. They list all the suppliers/paint colours etc.

I find Pinterest a big help. Is this a complete redo or will you be reusing somethings? I would say if you want that classic modern look then do a bold colour on the wall and keep the bedding simple. I'm just guessing from the furniture
