Does anyone have an ESSE EL13 amp COOKER?

Hi, I am trying to find a good-looking cooker to replace a dead Rayburn. The space I have to fill is 91cm wide, so I’m looking at an ESSE EL13amp (electric) as one of the options. An old thread on Mumsnet made it sound like a nightmare - does anyone have more recent experience of them?

I haven’t, but have heard really good things about Everhot and planning to get one for my new house.
Might be worth a look, they seem well reviewed.
