Our house has been on the market for 11 months and we've just had our first offer!!!

But it's £25k under the asking price

So, fingers crossed that they're just being cheeky buggers and will put in a reasonable offer tomorrow. We can drop £8 - £10K, but not £25K...

Anchovies - aha! So our ds's might be in the same reception class next year?! Shame yours is afternoons and ours is mornings at the moment - dp says if you ever fancy a cuppa though!
