We are quite set on moving to either Oxfordshire or Warwickshire

We want a nice village really, and ideally pretty

Oxfordshire provides all of that but with the matching price tag

Can anyone suggest village or nice places in Warwickshire to live and look into?

Thanks

I must admit that I don't know Bidford that well. It's an old town - Saxon, I believe - but has employment possibilities and new-builds (where doesn't?). I'm not keen on the countryside to the immediate south, it's a bit flat and bleak.

Not keen on Bidford Tbh. It definitely lacks something, it's not pretty either. Got between there and Stratford and it's GORGEOUS. Arden's Grafton, Temple Grafton etc are beautiful little villages. Welford on Avon is nicer. Or go towards Clifford Chambers way.

Brinklow village is lovely Smile

Avoid Berkswell, HS2 is clattering right next to it.
Henley in Arden is lovely. Very pretty. Small market town. Good pubs and eateries.
Definitely look at Claverdon, Snitterfield etc too

Bidford, Stratford, all the surrounding have real flood problems. Look at Wellesbourne , maybe even as far over to shipston. Some lovely houses on offer at the moment. Have been here since 01, lovely.

Thank you! Is it quite rural and pretty? Looks good to me and good schools too
