Order of renovation

Following on from my thread about renovating a 1930's semi, I was trying to work out the order in which the jobs should be done.

My thoughts were:
Soundproofing party wall
Full rewire, re-insulation and boarding of loft, gutter cleaning all at the same time.
Followed by simultaneous kitchen and bathroom renovation.
Redecorate
Carpentry (fitted book shelves)
Flooring

Does this seem sensible?

Prob swap your carpentry for the decorating in your list but other than that seems a sensible list.
We did - roof, damp issues, re wire, boiler/ replaced plumbing pipes then kitchen. We're now going round and doing the final spruce upm redecoration of each room as we go.
