Blinds 2 go

Has anyone used this company before? I have found some pretty reasonable wooden blinds but wary of having to fit them ourselves.

Just had blinds from them in the last 2 weeks. Cannot fault them, had wooden horizontal Venetians, Roman blinds and roller blinds. Love their sample service so you know exactly what you are getting. Used them for at least 7 years.

For the PP who said it came the wrong size, all blinds to be fitted inside a recess will have some mm removed from the width to allow room for the fittings, in the roller blind it is the winding mechanism but they do point this out when you look at the "finer details" section.

I also love the instant quote, knowing exactly how much something will cost without having to provide an email address. The recent ones arrived within 1-2 weeks.

There are measuring tutorials on their website and you can take out cheap cover which protects you against ordering incorrectly!

Had 3 wooden Venetians from them recently. Delivery took a long time, think it was actually 5-6 weeks which was disappointing but they were non standard sizes and one was very big. Fitting was ok once we realise that you put it in the front first and then push them back. They have online instructions which are a lot clearer than the paper copy supplied. Mine also came in a hilarys box but v significantly cheaper than hilarys prices! Quality is good and they fabulous up so will be using them for the next two I want

All ours are from there and all perfect!

They recently took 3 months to deliver my order, kept apologising but it never materialised. When I threatened to sue it magically appeared I'm a bit wary of them for this reason

yes - twice - and very happy with them.

Bought two roller blinds from them four years ago. The chain on the small one Hass gone rusty and the mechanism no longer works properly.
The big one hadn't been finished properly. It was replaced and the woman at customer services was extremely nice.
I probably won't use them again though.

Similar experience to ismellphantoms. They have a specific tolerance with roller blinds which they said their blind was within, think it was 1.5cm, but when I pointed out it was falling out of the fittings even when using the extra padding fittings, difference was at least 3cms, they very reluctantly replaced the blind.

Not before trying to fob me off though - I only got the replacement by repeatedly restating I had followed their measuring video to the letter and questioning where the additional information they were quoting was on their website.

Used them in two homes no problems at all.

Really recommend them but make sure you measure correctly!
