How was it? Big queues or relatively painless? Which location did you use?

Used it in the last one... and it was a disaster... a huge queue some of whom had waited an hour already (Wembley) and no members of staff to speak to. I gave up and drove away and complained. They eventually delivered everything....

Bristol. Collection point was poorly signposted, but quick and efficient when I did finally get there.

I used one in Manchester last week. We had to call from the car the wait about 40 mins for a bay to laid in. Slow but relatively painless (take a book or a good podcast!)

Load not laid, that’s a different thread!

Used the one in Croydon beginning of the new lockdown during a rainy weekday. No real queue, just people waiting for their stuff to be brought out.

Got there.
Called the number to let them know i was there to collect my order.
Waited 15 min in the car in the carpark.
Got a text the order was read and went to collect.

That sounds better than I thought it might be. Managed to get a slot for Wednesday, fingers crossed

Not click and collect, but I have used (or tried to use) delivery, which has been a disaster so far! My order says 'picking' with a proposed deliver date of 11/11 (two weeks ago), I'm not able to cancel and there is absolutely no form of customer service available that I can find to tell me what's going on with it. I've got no option but to just wait and see if it turns up. Meanwhile, DS has no wardrobe and so has stuff covering his bedroom floor...🤷🏽‍♀️

Yes, in Glasgow yesterday. Very quick, waited about 10 minutes to be told what bay and then it was brought straight out.

Great system, and saves a fortune as you're not picking up loads of extras on the way round.

Just a quick update after I collected my order yesterday.

Arrived just after 7:30pm, parked up and rang the number on my order confirmation. 20 minutes later I had a text to tell me which bay to collect from.

Really straight forward and well organised.

This was the Warrington store.
