Roller blinds or roman blinds for kitchen or something else?

Just wondering what people usually do please? I've got 3 smallish, rectangular windows that need blinds of some sort. Also any good website recommendations for fabric? I live in a 300 year old cottage so leaning more towards Sophie Allport type thing than contemporary although would be happy to look at anything.

Really easy to install and excellent quality. Our kitchen is quite modern but don't see why they wouldn't work in a more traditional setting.
