Think you'll need to give a few more details like a location for a start?

Do you mean you are looking to purchase a holiday let?

You just need to get on rightmove. I've just sold a holiday cottage in Dorset. It was on rightmove. Your search area is massive. You need to narrow down where you are looking and register with the agents in that area, there are too many to list. But you will notice that some agents operate in a higher price bracket than other.

Yes looking to buy a holiday let. I do look on Rightmove. Funnily enough I’m in Dorset!

I have just sold ( well subject to contract) mine. It was on Rightmove.

I sold it as a house, which is what I bought it as. In the listing it said 'currently a successful holiday let'.

In my very touristy village all holiday lets end up being sold through normal estate agents.

Any property that is classed as a 'dwelling house can be used as a holiday let unless there is a restriction on it or on the lease. The exceptions are a few big cities where there is a limit on the number of days you can rent something out.

Thank you moving.

Some holiday letting agencies have adverts for any of their lets that are on the market. Worth checking there too.

Thanks. Yes, I’ve found a couple that do so far.
