For years I have been plotting this but for the last prbably half dozen I have quietly ignored it. We have come into some money and looks like things are going ahead. So in moving from a v large bathroom and bedroom to bath bed and ensuite - what is critical to remember? Or nice to haves etc
Then downstairs its back to brick and stripped floors to level the floors between two areas. So what are some of the things we should add to the must have lists - we currently have a wooden floor in lounge and likely all downstairs will be hard floor for practical purposes but what would you have - we have a dog and are a shoes on household for the most part
