Bridge Estate -Dartford any good ?

Hi all, Is the Bridge estate in Dartford any good? I believe those are fairly new build properties by Persimmon & Taylor Wimpey. We are looking for a 4 bed property in and around Dartford and there are a few up for sale in that estate hence my query.

Looking to move there for secondary/grammar school.

Any feedback is much appreciated :-).

Its a nice area but you have to pay a service charge around £80 a month although this includes the free fast track bus service to station and bluewater.

The only sticking point is that the traffic for the entrance to the estate is often quite heavy during rush hour as the dual carriageway leads to the dartford crossing.
