Which kitchen tap?

I'm really sorry to bore you all, I didn't think my life would come to spending 3 days looking at taps but here we are. I have narrowed it down to these 3 but I'm unsure which one to go for. It will be paired with a white ceramic sink. Does anyone know if this pull out tap if the gap is always there from the end bit of the tap or does it screw back up together? As I don't like the gap. That probably made no sense, I know what I mean in my head. I am getting a new kitchen and it's consuming me.

Yes I've got number 3 and it's awful, splashing everywhere constantly and not mixing hot and cold well so it's easy to get the water of boiling hot temperature. It looks really good but that's it. I'm looking for a tap too and unsure how to avoid this problem in the future.

It's none of these but can I recommend the Bosjon tap from IKEA? The handle to turn it on/off is above the spout so YOU DON'T DRIP WATER EVERYWHERE WHEN YOU TURN IT OFF. Honestly it's such a good design that I needed to shout. (We have wooden worktops and we do NOT have black around the back of the sink thanks to this tap.)

Number 2, I looooove my pull out hose I use it almost every day. Previously had a tap almost identical to number 3 and the mess it made from splashback was ridiculous
