Which air-conditioning unit for my Garden Room/Gym

I'm looking to put air-conditioning unit in the Garden Room but looking for a good one.

My Garden room will be installed in 2 weeks time.

Why does it need air con?

Is it damp?

Or hot?

First, The Garden room hasn't been built yet. The company is building it on the 26th October.

I plan to use it as a gym which will make me sweaty on the treadmill.

OK, so you want cool air, and opening a window will not always be enough.

The best, but most expensive, would be a fixed split unit. People in the trade usually recommend Fujitsu. You need a professional local installer (there will be one). They can also be used as heat-pump warm-air heaters in winter.
