Can anyone tell me the current thinking on ideal kitchen size in relation to the sq footage of the house?
I've read kitchen should be 1/8 - 1/10 of total footprint of house, but does this include e.g. cellar, or just living/bedroom/bathrooms
And I suppose this doesn't take in to consideration the kitchen/dining set up that seems to suit most families today...
Would be really grateful for thoughts from anyone who has looked into this themselves/extended their kitchens?
