Our living room is always cold. We have oil central heating and the rest of the house is cosy but not the living room. I use an electric oil heater to top up the heat.
I'm thinking about electric underfloor heating and I don't know what kind of tradesman to ask, is it a builder or an electrician? Not DIY. We live in a village so there isn't an obvious specialist company nearby.
The room is about 8m x 5m.
It's a chipboard floor and the room has very low ceilings.
