I have a cast iron bench that is rotting. It's a nice thing but bought as a project and needs a total refurbishment. My question is what wood should I use? You can buy kits but that currently is above my budget, can I do it for less? Not afraid of a bit of work but the basic outside timbers are so rough that seems a step too far. Thanks
