Does anyone know how much to sell a garage for? Outskirts of London, its en bloc, fairly large garage, could fit a car plus storage at back. Bigger than standard. I have no idea how much to sell for?

Check sales of them in your region. These are mostly central, so don't get too excited about the pricing!

Bog standard block garage just on M25//Surrey border are around £10k
