Anyone recognise where these kitchen units come from?

Moved into our house recently and need to add some more units (very odd kitchen design with a few units on one side of kitchen and huge blank wall on other). Anyone recognise where these might be from or be able to match them? Thanks!

They look similar to mine in colour and style. Ours is a Homebase kitchen
