Tradesman keeps fobbing me off

We got a new front door fitted last year about March 2019.
Within a few months my husband was concerned it looked like it was leaning and tilted slightly.
I did leave it a bit.
We contacted the fitters in March but that was just before the lockdown and they shut shop.
They told us they would come and look at the door as soon as they open up and would contact us.
I rang in them in July this year by this time they had opened and they said they would contact us to arrange to come and check the door.
Last week I rang again the man said that we had told them we didnt want the door checking because we were worried about Covid. He said that all the slots had been taken up for the week and someone would contact us to arrange for someone to come and look at the door for next week.
I rang again on Tuesday the guy said someone would ring Wednesday and give us a one hour time slot where the guy would come and check the door on Wednesday.
I then rang today and the guy said I must have been talking to the wrong person and he was the one dealing with our case. He said someone would come over this pm to check the door.
No one has come.
Everytime I ring it sounds like it's the same person picking up and they always say the same thing, ' I know the door you are talking about, you live at this address dont you. We are in the process of sorting it out'
I'm not sure if they are fobbing me off cos I'm female or if that's just how they work.
What can I do to get this sorted. I ring up, he agrees he knows about the issue and tells me he is going to send someone round. But no one attends.
They have a shop locally thinking the next step would be to go to the shop in person.
What should I do?? I really want the door to get checked and sorted.

I would go to the shop and speak to them face to face.
They will probably find it harder to wriggle out of things face to face rather on the phone.

The problem.is he doesnt really wriggle put of it.
He admits ive phoned and he tells me someone will be coming the next day/ this pm.
He'll just say the same face to face??

If you think they’re fobbing you off because your female, ask your DH to contact them.
