Show me your Victorian house

I've just bought a Victorian semi with an unusual layout.

At the moment it's a mix of decor.

If anyone is willing can you show me your Victorian house interiors?

How is it unusual?

@topcat2014 built into a hill, lots of random rooms that have no current purpose added over the years.

Is honestly get on Instagram. It is full of house accounts. Search for hashtags of Victorian home etc and you'll get millions of ideas. That's what I've done for my farm house

Houzz and Pinterest are also good websites.

For layout ideas have a look on Rightmove in areas that affluent and full of Victorian properties that are done up so you can see the layout options people have gone for in similar properties.
If you wanted to look at some in London, you could try postcodes such as SW11, SW12, SW14, SW18, SW19 (any many other postcodes). It could give you some interior ideas too.

Characterful Victorian houses are very forgiving decor wise and look great with high bookshelves if you have high ceilings. We have a mix of furniture styles that would look odd in a newer house, but you can get away with a lot more with a character house.

Chandeliers work well in tall rooms, as do rich wall colours and paper.

In addition to Pinterest have a nosey on Rightmove at the listings for similar properties for sale.
