Selling a flat quickly after buyers dropped out

Can anyone advise how to sell property quickly?

We are selling our 3 bed flat and due to bloody incompetent solicitor on our buyers' side (Juno) our buyers are now out of the running and we now need to find new buyers at short notice. We have already reduced the price £10k, will probably end up taking less. If we don't find new buyers we will miss out on our new home. Devastated doesn't even begin to describe it.

You need to start thinking about sane prices in this climate, start at 350k.

I'm itching to get my hands on your curtains. Bedroom too short. Living room, lose the frilly valance and put two pairs of curtains at the two windows, on poles. I think the set up is all wrong which is why people are telling you to straighten the curtains

To get a quick sale on a flat in London right now you will have to price it very keenly - i'd be looking to advertise it for what it would have been if marketed back in 2015 or so; maybe even earlier.
