Bathroom taps/brassware and basin units

I know Grohe taps are highly rated and, having had some taps that were not durable in the past, we would like to make sure that taps for our refurb are good quality. However the ones I like are £250 for basin taps. I've seen very similar looking Bristan ones for £105. Are the Grohe ones really worth more than twice the price?

Secondly, I'm looking at an Atlanta modular basin unit. Can anyone comment on the quality of Atlanta bathrooms?

Wouldn't have thought the Grohe are 'really' worth twice the Bristan. Both will be brass based? We've had Bristan taps in place for 15 years, still serviceable quality.

Don't know about Atlanta bathroom furniture.
