Calling all landlords looking to increase portfolio

Hi there
We have been warned our rental house is going on the market . We don't want to move out so they are trying to find a landlord to buy the house .
The property is a 4 bed in a Essex village .
We are long standing tennants . 10 years plus . It's in the region of £450 k
Just thought I'd give it a cheeky nudge Smile

How much rent is the landlord getting? (I’m not looking for a property in Essex but rental yields will be a good indication of the likelihood of a landlord being interested).
