We have just put our flat on the market and we did our own photos. This is a first time we are selling so would really appreciate any feedback on the presentation ! Will be doing our own viewings as well as we are using Strike and they don’t have agents in London yet.

Are you able to change the photos? Most are fine, garden and outside ones are really lovely, but a few inside seem to focus more on your furniture / plants than the actual rooms.

Would have looked better without the car out front, though not sure if that is yours.

Also, possibly better had you removed the big black TV unit and TV just for the pictures as it blocks a lot.

And straighten the bed sheets too. Can you get a plain white duvet cover?

Sounds v negative sorry, it's not meant to be - looks like a lovely flat and the pictures don't entirely do it justice!

I agree that the bed needs remaking in the master bedroom and also I'd take the teatowel from the oven and the half used loo roll from the toilet. Just some picky points but overall it looks really lovely

Thank you!any feedback is a good feedback and yours is not negative, pretty constructive !The cars are not ours so not much we can do apart from waiting for a sunny day and neighbours to be out.Other points are pretty valid ones!I will check if I can update photos

It looks gorgeous, good luck!

We have put it on Monday but only have a single viewing booked air Saturday. I expected a bit more interest but I guess there are so many factors now I just need to take it easy for a while

I'd try to cut down the number of photos - I'd expect no more than 12 for a flat of that size. Really look at the photos critically and cut out the ones that don't show it at its best eg just looking at the first ones I'd cut 6/8/10 - as they make it look smaller than the other photos. If possible get hold of a wide angle lens. They are possible to hire if you know someone with an slr camera. Without one you will need a few more photos to fit everything in.

I do realise that we have a lot of photos. I guess it is hard to avoid trying to show as much as you can. Probably can remove few but tried to keep at least 2 per room. This is a very flat so need to have a healthy looking photos without going into too deep into fish eye land.
