Has anyone bought flooring from Floorbay?

Hi
I am looking to but some LVT flooring from Floorbay as their prices are good. Spending quite a bit on it as it's for the whole of our downstairs, so just wondering if they are a good legit company? It would be delivered as I don't live locally so just wanted to double check. Have read about so many fake floors being sold.

Hi, I know probably too late for you now but thought I'd reply incase anyone else is googling to find reviews on floorbay.

I just used them to buy flooring after being let down by another online company who sent me damaged laminate. I got Richard, a lovely man, who was so nice and helpful on the phone and arranged to get my flooring to me next day delivery as we needed it quickly. And it was very well packaged!

It is a family run business and I was so so impressed with the customer service I received from Floorbay. Not many places left now that truly care about customer service but Floorbay certainly does!

100% recommend.
