How long did it take for your property to go online?

I’m just wondering, from when the estate agent takes the photos how long does it take for the property to actually be put on the market? We’ve got photos booked in for Monday and I’m wondering if we might have viewings by next weekend.

I'm pretty sure I got shown the photos the same day and the property was live on Rightmove a day after that

Our photos were taken, by a photographer rather than the agent on a Monday, and they were sent to us to check we were happy on Tuesday. Online with the agent Wednesday and Rightmove on Friday. I think Rightmove takes 48 hours for properties to go live.

Good luck with the sale

The next day and then it appeared on rightmove about 15 mins after it had gone live with the agents.

20 minutes for me!

24 hours, but we did ask for some rooms to have different photos tgat the agent initially suggested so could have been quicker

Thanks everybody, it sounds like it might be quick enough to start viewings next weekend!

From instructing EA to going live on their site and rightmove, 2 weeks Angry.

It took days of emailing and chasing, absolutely no reasoning why given, and in the end it took me mentioning the magic words "I'm going to invoke the 14 day cooling off period and want my marketing fees back" to get a phone call within 5 minutes saying that it was 'just about' to go live Hmm

Very well known national estate agent, can't wait for sale to eventually go through to complain!
