We are currently in London and like many we are toying with the idea of moving a bit further out.
We have a fab home here in a very nice commuter town, but space and the promise of land and calm is calling!
I can wfh with the option of visiting offices in London or Swindon. DH is also flexible. We like the look of some of the villages between Swindon and Bath, eg Mildenhall, Marlborough. Can anyone shed any light on what it's like to live in these places? Obviously it's quiet compared to where we are, but are there towns with nice amenities? Eg. Good schools, nice cafes, pubs, independent shops and a nice supermarket?
