Looking at property to rent on Right Move and found this flat but I'm not familiar with Canterbury, could I please have opinions on where it's located please?

Looking for a central location (but not noisy or full of students!) with good primary and secondary state schools not far.

Yes that's a good location, perfect for a great primary - st Peter's Methodist school

Also perfect for walking to Barton court grammar school, both langtons and Canterbury high if don't pass kent test
