Trying to work out how big of a job is it and how much.
Currently have an old but weatherproof outbuilding, it's very solid.
But inside it's bare brick, the door is kind of thick plywood and a weird shape/size so would need a proper door making. The walls need lining with something but I've no idea if you can just stick plasterboard straight on or if it needs some sort of membrane.
It needs electricity supply, couple of plug sockets and a light. I want to use it as a home office, so it needs to be dry/not damp. Doesn't seem damp at the minute.
I've no idea about insulation, half the roof is slate and the other half is wooden. The wooden bit would need boarding over on the inside and I guess some insulation could be added. I could plug in a heater of some description once there's electricity.
It's probably about 8ft x 5ft so pretty compact.
