Has the current situation put you off or do you feel confident to move?

We were debating moving prior to lockdown - it's either move or extend as we are outgrowing this place. We will see what house prices are like here when we come out of lockdown. We are planning to stay in the same area, which is popular with families as it's in catchment for two of the best state secondary schools in the country. So with luck, house prices will drop on a like for like basis.

@pilates - the house we are buying also needs work doing, even though I swore I never want to deal with another builder in my entire life!
