F&B modern emulsion in a bathroom?

I am about to paint a small bathroom dark blue and white. I am considering F&B Hague blue (cliche I know). Is it worth the money in a bathroom? Or am I better off getting a valspar colour match in their bathroom and kitchen paint?

How many tins would you use?.

Probably just 1 tin of the blue and another of white. Would get both from same range though as I want the sheen level to be the same on both colours.

I would get a proper bathroom paint, the best one you can find based on recommendation and reviews.

If it’s just two tins then use it. If you use floetrol it dries really flat.

I used F&B modern emulsion in a bathroom and it’s fine (4 years on). So I don’t see why not.

What does the floetrol do Fluffy?

I have F&B modern emulsion in my bathroom too - for over a year now - and so far it's fine.

It’s stops the paint drying too quickly, water based paints dry too quickly and they don’t have time to flatten out on the wall.

I did f&b downstairs and wilko upstairs, always with floetrol.

I was about to say hell no but I think mine's estate emulsion. It shows every bloody breath on it.

I have a Johnstone’s copy of F&B Hague blue, it’s a good match, ours is in eggshell as it wears well in a bathroom and gives a nice sheen
(We have emulsion in other rooms)
