Grey carpet with a dark green wall?

Hi. I hope I've posted this in the right section.

I have a dilemma. We've just bought a flat and initially were going to have different carpets in the hallways, lounge and two bedrooms, however I worry now that it will look 'bitty' and won't flow very well. It's been difficult to think of a colour that would work in every room, as already started some of the paint work.

Went for denim drift in the lounge, white walls in one of the bedrooms, a light grey in the hallways and one dark green feature wall in out bedroom. Grey seemed like I sensible colour, however I'm not sure how well a grey would go with a dark green wall? It's duck green F&B.

Do you think a like or mid-tone grey carpet would match the interior colours?

Thanks!

Grey is a non-colour to me and green is so often seen in nature with all sorts of other colours and doesn't jar therefore I don't see the combination being any kind of issue. Light and dark solid colour carpets show dirt more than mid tones.
