Conservatory or extension in Bexley / Welling area

Hi,
Has anyone done a single storey extension or a conservatory in the SE London /Kent areas eg Bexley/ Welling/ Sidcup?
Do you have any builders you would recommend? How much did yours cost?
I am running out of space in my tiny house with a baby. So, looking at the option for getting more space. It would be the full width of the house, so about 5 metres- ish, and 3 metres deep, which is the max allowed. As there is no side space around the house, it would have to be built up walls on the sides and glass only at the rear.
Thanks in advance.

I dint live near you so can't recommend builders. What I can recommend it don't go down the conservatory route. They are ultimately temporary structures, not built to building regs standards of insulation and are usually either freezing cold or baking hot except for a few weeks through the year. You also have to keep your old or install a new external door as they are not classed as part of the house...ie to keep open plan etc

I have known people have a lightweight roof put on which does improve things but ultimately if you have a proper extension then it is usable all year around
