Has anyone had to dig up a hallway and have a pour of concrete put in? Our house has suffered settlement in the past and the hall flooring is destroyed, the slab is cracked and sunk and whoever owned before us has tried to remedy this by pouring loads of self levelling compound all over the beautiful original tiles 🙄
Has anyone got a rough cost of this? We had to do it in our last kitchen, but I think we got stung by the builder as they discovered the issue last minute and were dying to move to the next job.
