Are you still have viewings of your home with current situation with the virus?

DP is selling his late mum's house which needs modernising.Loads of viewings already but he has stopped those now. We've had 3 offers, one of which is a full asking price cash offer.

We are worrying now that it may fall through because of the pandemic or that probate will take even longer. Just keeping our fingers crossed.

Very mixed opinions on this thread! We're on the market - several viewings, but all unproceedable at the moment (all need to sell their houses first). We're doing second viewings on two properties we like tomorrow. One is empty, the other occupied, but by a school family (so the kids have all mixed relatively recently anyway).

We don't need to move right now (though we'd like to), and have accepted that we might not this year. We thought it was worth doing the second viewings just in case suddenly someone is in the position to offer on ours so we can move quickly, but I'm expecting it'll all get a lot quieter from now.
