Moving to Levenshulme but where?

Hi. My brother is looking to move to Levenshulme with his wife and hopefully to start his family there. He found some properties at Drury Road and Ratcliff street for sale. Are these 2 good area to live? Which one is better? Please advise. Many thanks.

I may sound snobby but I wouldn't buy on -any- either street there ( i live in Manchester ) as not the best area imo I would look again on the otherside of Stockport road towards Burnage etc If it has to be Levenshulme otherwise I would look elsewhere.
