What’s it like to live in?

Very pretty to dive through - if it’s the one on Kent/Sussex border? I’m nearby and it’s a lovely part of the world generally. Are you far away at the moment?

It's very near me - really pretty village, about 10 minutes drive out of Tunbridge Wells. It has a nice bakery and village shop, loads of good walks, a lovely old pub in the green.

I'd find out about secondary schools if relevant, and consider if you're prepared to enter into the insanely pressured superselective 11+ shenanigans that go on in Kent. We left the area to save our children from the stressful self esteem battering system. You might be able to get into a Sussex Comp and avoid the issue. It's beautiful and friendly, close enough to Tunbridge Wells for shopping and commuting. The road through the village as can be busy.
