Any similar experiences welcome please.
We've recently had an offer accepted on a high end new build which is 3 years old.
Initially we were keen to get a home buyers survey performed but have been told by some that it's unnecessary however the fear that something could crop up in the future is making us think it might be worth the money. It's still got 7 years left under structural warranty.
