Hello,
I'm looking to move to Langford, Bristol area - can anyone advise what the area/neighbourhood is like? What demographics/employment/crime stats does the area have?
Is the area known to get flooded?
Thank you!

It's a new build site so the address says Bristol Road Langford. The site is across the A38.

Is Lower Langford different to Langford?

If you want to live there and commute for work into Bristol it will take you anywhere from 30 mins in the middle of the night to 2 hours in the morning/afternoon rush hour. It’s about 9 miles to the city centre of Bristol and the A38 is a pretty busy road due to it mostly being a single lane A Road and the airport being on the same road (Bristol airport has massive expansion plans so the A38 will only get busier in my opinion) Other than driving through Langford to get to a village close by to go to a family members house when I visit her, that’s all I know of the place.

That’s more Churchill than Langford. Good schools, petrol station, Budgens.

Busy, busy road that will get busier. Echo PP re traffic and not great public transport. I drove through there recently and as much as I like that neck of the woods, I wouldn’t move onto that estate.
