I’ve privately rented a house for 3 years and have been getting post addressed to a male. Mainly solicitor letters. I redirect all of them back to the sender immediately. Recently DD has taken to opening all the post even though I’ve told her time and time again not to! It is a mortgage insurance letter addressed to someone who isn’t my landlord. I’ve bought the deeds and title information, this man definitely isn’t on there. Can this be possible or is there some sort of fraud going on? Landlord has owned the house for 13 years now so can’t be a case of it being the old owner
