Hi we had an offer on our house in July was told she was a cash buyer .had sold her house we put an offer in on a new build told it would be ready November .well end of August we got told her buyer had pulled out but she’d gone back to her original buyer who was ready to go .we changed our mind about the new build as we were told not ready till feb so we found another new build ready to move in .we pushed our side in 4 weeks were ready to go so we told our buyer we’re readt to exchange on the 22nd November and complete the 29 th .we were told 3 weeks ago every one is ready .then two days before exchange were told that our buyers buyer is waiting on paperwork from the council and he’s buyer hasn’t got a mortgage yet as the underwriters want 3 months proof of wages in advance .never heard of that one .so the moral of the story is what do we do now I’m lost for words
