They are soooo slow it's driving me mad! And when you call, it's the typical out-sourced call centre with call handlers that don't understand what you're asking / can't explain properly what the hold up is, you're left still no wiser.
We need our BTL mortgage offer before our residential mortgage can even start, so it's just a painful wait to get this. They claim they have all the information - the last bit if information they requested / was sent over 4 weeks ago. Come on!!!
