On 30th of last month, me and my 6 year old daughter became homeless by my housing association, Because i apparently no longer need their support services, this was supposedly "supported housing"! 🤔😐My rent was all up to date, ive not been a nuisance, but they evicted me so they can "rent to a family in need" i am utterly devastated and have no idea what to do, ive been offered a B&B by my local housing office, ive sent endless emails to housing associations etc etc... any advice would be really appreciated, thanks.❤

Have you contacted Shelter?

Was it the case you were in high dependency supported housing and were ready to move on? How come the HA didn't support you in your next steps?

If they've evicted you then your local authority has a duty to house you. Were you not offered support to find private rented accommodation? I've worked for HA's so I'm really surprised at this. Obviously people can't stay in supported housing for ever, but the HA normally will work with the tenant to help them accommodation.

Have you had no support to transition? This is unusual. Any social worker or health care specialist involvement?

Have the baliffs been or do you have a notice seeking ng possession that I expired on the 30th?
