Would you live here?

I currently live in a newly renovated small house. When I say small it was a comfortable two bedroom that has been converted into a large 1 bed. It is open plan and has a small living area, a new kitchen with built in appliances, a spiral staircase a large landing, a new 4 piece bathroom and a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Here's the problem. We are going to look at either renting or selling. Realistically....who would live here? It's not fit for children, or elderly. The only people I could see living here is a young couple who don't want children or a single occupant.

So just putting it out there....would you love here?

Air B and B with ‘not suitable for children’ in the listing.

I hate open plan.
Cooking smells should be confined to the kitchen.
One bedroom when you could've had two.
Spiral staircase, can't get furniture in or out and can cause more falls.
Unless it's really cheap , I can't see who'll really want it for themselves long term.
Perhaps someone will buy it as a rental property if the village is scenic.

I'm sure you can rent it out at the right price, assuming the staircase will be sorted. The finish will help - we wanted a 2 bed flat and ended up picking a really beautiful one bed. However if there's a lack of privacy between bedroom and living room, and the small living room, limit it as it sounds hard even to have occasional guests over.

I certainly would, I'm single, I don't buy my homes with visitors in mind, they can always kip on the sofa bed if they want.
I love spiral staircases and furniture isn't a problem, I just get flat pack and take up the individual pieces and get two single mattresses instead of a double and stick them on the bed together.
The only thing I do not like is an open plan kitchen/living room as any clutter can be hidden so I'd prefer the kitchen to be screened off but a lot of people are ok with open plan kitchen/living spaces.
I am relocating to Somerset at the moment and looking for a similar property.
