Where to start with doing up our bathroom?

Hello!

We need a new bathroom and I'm not sure where to start... hoping that someone with experience and help me.

Do I find a suite I like, then call a bathroom fitter/plumber for quotes to fit it in for us? Then next would it be walls/tiles with flooring last?

We also need the ceilings skimmed so not sure where that fits in either!

Was originally going to ask the bathstore but not sure what the situation is with them now.

Pretty much the right order, decide on what you want but don't buy any sanitary ware until you've spoken to the plumber.
The toilet I bought wasn't compatable with the position of our waste pipe, so I had to return it.

If you find a good plumber they will project manage the whole thing for you. All you have to do is buy the furniture, tiles etc.
