Would this concern you as a seller?

My seller viewed my house once, told my agent he'd put it on his shortlist and wanted to view again, but then suddenly made an offer not having seen it again.

Since then, the buyer is not answering my agent's calls but I have received a call from his mortgage company requesting access to do the valuation.

Would you be worried? It's been two weeks since my agent has been able to speak to the buyer and buyer isn't returning calls.

The buyer might be away - it’s summer after all! They’ve obviously progressed with getting a mortgage arranged. I’d not worry for another week or so

Presumably a memorandum of sale was completed? Therefore you have his solicitor's contact details? Lots of people don't like EAs and the important contact is between the two solicitors. The fact a mortgage survey is being booked is good.
