Warning neighbour about new bathroom

I want to do everything correctly putting in a new bathroom and our neighbour may be affected by noise initially as is the other side of the wall.

Please can anyone give advice, I will check our builder has insurance and ask to see it but this isn’t a party wall issue is it as we are taking tiles off the wall and replacing them?

I will also try to talk to her in person to apologise there might be noise and let us know if any issues ?
Thanks for any advice

It’s not a party wall issue and not a big deal. Just give them the heads up that there will be a bit of noise. That’s all we did Smile

I have the perfect solution to this. My builder is my next door neighbour so I never have to apologise for any noise he makes. 😂

I'd keep it to a polite minimum as regards informing a neighbour, and don't give definite start or finish dates!

Round here few bother telling anyone for relatively minor work, (work with structural effects would be different) and it's little hardship.
