Potentially buying a New build with Foreman Homes

Hello! My first ever post on here and I’m wondering if anyone has had any experience with buying a new build with Foreman Homes?

We are currently in the process of buying a house that looks like it may fall through soon as the top chain is “complicated” we’ve already spend £630 for survey and £350 for searches etc 😢 so now looking at what else is available in the area and have come across a new development with Foreman Homes.

Any advice would be much appreciated! Can’t find any reviews online which worries me a bit...

I haven't heard of them either. Not that this means I know every home builder but I used to work for a national company managing trade accounts and we use to supply new builds lot. (I won't say what as it's outing)

I have previously purchased a Foreman Homes House - it was lovely, was sad to leave it. They are smaller developers and tend to be better quality than the boxes some bigger developers churn out. My first home was a Persimmon - absolutely horrific experience! Maybe if you can't find online reviews its a good thing - people only tend to go big when they are complaining. Good luck!
